The approximate number of locks/doors on center is 464. The keying will be as follows: a day key for each room/office: a master key for each building: a grand master for the entire center. Mechanial rooms will be mastered and grand mastered with no day key. Scopes of work can be requested by calling Mr. Paul Tanenbaum, Manager of Administration or Mr. Paul Penick, Purchasing Specialist at 1-505-842-6500 Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00am and 4:30pm MDT. All requests for scope of work must be received by August 28,1998. A MANDATORY walkthrough is scheduled for September 4, 1998 at 2:00pm MDT. All bidders must attend the walkthrough.
