Laboratory has a requirement for a cryogenic radar component test
station with cold head temperature range of 10 degrees K to 350 degrees
K, minimum refrigeration capacity @ 20 degrees K: 9W, heavy duty helium
compressor, stainless steel 20 ft flex hose length, two 26-pin
hermetically sealed connectors with plug, receptacle and adapter to
install on cryostat, SMA connections should provide for installing 8 on
a tee with 4 female to female SMA hermetic bulkhead feedthrough
connections, instrumentation leads should be 30 gauge copper or mini
coax, temperature controller should be microprocessor based with 100
set points (Time vs. Temp) with 60 W heater power, RS-232 or IEEE-488
interface dual sensor capability and PID functions, vacuum pump should
be 5 cfm two-stage mechanical pump, vacuum hardware should contain
vacuum valve, 1 m stainless steel bellows hose, oil trap, filter and
oil mist eliminator and all equipment should be mounted on steerable
