J -- GPS TIME TRANSFER RECEIVER PROJECT SOL N00173-98-Q-0136 POC Darlene Copp, Purchasing Agent, (202) 767-2374 Naval Research Laboratory has a requirement for design modification of existing Stanford Telecommunications Inc. GPS Time Transfer Receiver, Model 5401C. Modify the STEL 5401C GPS Time Transfer Receiver to correct the data output for the GPS 1024 week rollover. Provide a replacement front panel that will incorporate a new keypad to replace existing failing keypads. Provide as an option an IRIG-B interface that will ouput the corrected time that is output of the existing IRIG-B interface. Provide as an option an Ethernet network interface that will ouput the corrected data and provide receiver control that now exists in the receiver through serial interfaces. The implementation of the design modification is to be installed into the existing receiver chassis and will not change the current rack mount configuration. This procurement is to cover the non-recurring engineering design and implementation into one unit. The completed design modification is to be installed into eleven additional units. Provide IRIG-B options for three receivers and provide four ethernet network interfaces for four receivers.
