The Bureau of Public Debt intends to issue a simplified acquisition for two (2) 40-hour training courses on Object-Oriented Analysis and Design in Parkersburg, WV. The course shall cover the following topics 1) object-oriented programming concepts 2) analyze requirements documents and identity key objects 3) exploit inheritance and reusability 4) determine attributes, methods and associations for object classed 5) optimize data and behavioral models 6) expand the analysis into a full design 7) covert the full design into a language implementation. We anticipate releasing RFQ 98-104 on Wednesday August 26, 1998. There are two ways to receive the solicitation and any other notifications related to this procurement.
