Price quotations that exceed the Simplified Acquisition Threshold ($100,000.00) will not be considered. This quotation is set-aside for small business in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.003(b)(1). The United States Information Agency's Office of Cuba Broadcasting (OCB) has a requirement for a Sociological Market Research to develop a contact database of audience media habits of Cuban travelers arriving in Miami, Florida, and an optional requirement to search the database and compile a list of recruits for future Focus Group participation. Upon request, the Contracting Officer, Mary Ann Amps, located at U.S. Information Agency, Office of Cuba Broadcasting, Dept. of Administration, B/CA, 4201 NW 77th Ave., Rm. 327, Miami, FL 33166, shall mail or fax the following to each Vendor: (1) A complete and detailed Statement of Work (SOW); (2) A brief questionnaire (in Spanish)to use in surveying; (3) A SOW and other applicable documentation for the Optional Item. The Vendor's proposal shall consist of: (1) A detailed cost breakdown of the project and a separate one for the Optional Item; (2) Evidence that the Vendor can meet all delivery schedules stated in the SOW; (3) Demonstrated past experience in conducting audience research, using Cuban language, in the target market, and (4) Qualifications of Vendors office and field staff.
