The Defense Distribution Depot Robins, Robins AFB, GA has a requirement for maintenance, repair and upkeep of all Monarch Printers, Models 9425 and 9445; and Monarch Rewinders, Model M00415 in serviceable condition according to current manufacturer's specifications. Any/all equipment repair cost incurred by the contractor for subcontract repair will be at no additional cost to the Government. The contractor must furnish all necessary labor and parts/materials to accomplish this requirement. Preventive maintenance will be performed semi-annually. This requirement is to run for the period of 1 Oct 98 through 30 Sep 99 with one (1) option year. This Request for Quotation and the resultant contract award are being processed in accordance with Simplified Acquisition Procedures. All responsible contractors may submit a quotation for the above specified maintenance, which if received by 3:00 PM EST on 4 Sep 98 shall be considered.
