The work includes the remnoval/replacernent of existing brick, flashing, shelf angle and lintels above the roof line, modification of the parapet cap system, removal and replacement of roof drains, baskets and associated flashing, installation of one (1) new roof drain, repair/replacement of various pitch pockets, installation of new scuppers and repair of base flashing as necessary. Work is intended to repair all identifiable deficiencies in the roofing system and associated masonry penetrations to provide a watertight condition. All work shall be accomplished in stict accordance with the specifications and drawings provided. The SIC for this procurement is 1761 and is unrestricted. The estimated completion time for this project is 120 calendar days after the receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The estimated cost range is between $100,000and $250,000.
