Breidenbach Environmental Research Center, 26 W. Martin Luther King Drive, Cincinnati, Ohio. The project involves two adjacent buildings. The first building is a 9-story building in which all glass-to-metal window seals shall be inspected, and defective caulking removed and replaced with an approved caulk. Additionally, the opening gap in all moveable windows shall be sealed closed. The second building is the 2-story, windowless, Full Containment Facility. Work includes pressure washing to remove rust stains, drilling back and epoxy coating of exposed tie rods, and caulking to match building with an approved caulk. The anticipated contract performance period is two months after receipt of notice proceed. The estimated price range is under $50,000. There will be no charge for solicitation documents.
