The work involves the removal and replacement of roofing system on eleven one and two story wood frame buildings, approximately 88,500 square foot; the replacement of 1200 square foot of existing wood decking; and 800 linear feet of wood fascia and gutter boards. The construction completion date of the project is estimated to be 140 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. The estimated cost range for construction is between $250,000 to $500,000.
