Work includes, but is not limited to, abatement of asbestos containing glazing compound and caulking present on all existing window units, lead-based paint removal from window units and soffit and fascia to be repaired/replaced, removal and proper disposal of existing window units, installation of new window units, ceiling repairs and miscellaneous painting.
