nitrogen and zero air generators. Peak Scientific Model ANG3000A, or
equal. Generators shall be an integral unit with built-in air
compressor. Unit shall be capable of providing zero grade air at a
maximum flow rate of 3000 cc/min. Unit shall also be capable of
providing nitrogen at a maximum flow rate of 3000 cc/min. Air supplied
should be of purity sufficient enough to be considered zero grade.
Nitrogen shall be > 99.9995% pure. Outlet ports for both gases shall
be 1/8" swagelock fitting. Unit shall operate on 120 volts, 60 Hz
Power. Unit shall not exceed 50" H X 20" W X 20" D. Three (3) each
hydrogen gas generators. Peak Scientific Model HG1200, or equal.
Hydrogen generator shall be capable of providing high purity hydrogen
using water as a source (via electrolysis). Unit shall have LED
displays to show system status. Generators shall produce hydrogen on
demand. Purity of hydrogen delivered shall be 99.99999% pure. Unit
shall be capable of a maximum hydrogen flow of 1200 cc/min. Unit shall
provide an outlet port of 1/8" swagelock fitting. Unit shall operate
on 120 V, 60 Hz power. Generator shall not exceed 20" H X 15" W X 36"
D. Unit shall not weigh over 75 pounds. This solicitation is set aside
for small business. Standard Industrial Classification Code is 3569
(500 employees). All responsible small business sources may submit a
bid which shall be considered. All bids must be received by September
