NASA/GSFC plans to issue Request for Quotation (RFQ)5-82750-994 on a sole source basis for the following products: Qty 1 ea: AVS/Express introductory application package (includes 1 developers seat, 1 pass to intro training, 40 hours of consulting, and 2 application seats (locked)), p/n: SP-INT. Qty 1 ea: Limited support. Includes 1 point of contact, email, and toll free reporting problems, 24-hour response, internet access to customer services, maintenance, upgrades 2K, p/n: SS-LESP. Qty 1 ea: Additional training seat to intro class, p/n: PS-EXTR-1. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). NASA/GSFC intends to purchase the items from Advanced Visual Systems as they are the only known distributor of these products. The Authority is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), Only One Responsible Source.
