J -- SERVICE -- SIEMENS MEVATRON SYSTEM SOL RFP 527-05-99 DUE 092598 POC Laralee Horowitz, Contracting Officer Contractor to provide full service and maintenance for the Siemens Mevatron System, Mevatron KD -- SN 1971 for a period of one year with four renewal option years at the DVA Medical Center, Brooklyn, NY. Full service contract to include all necessary labor, tools, equipment, transportation and parts (excluding glassware, waveguide, klystron, magnetron and main thyratron) required to perform repair and preventive maintenance on listed equipment. All parts provided will be new or of equal quality incorporating the latest revision level. All equipment shall be maintained in proper operating condition as specified by the manufacturer. Contractor must have access to original equipment, manufacturers (OEM) parts, manuals, and schematics.
