A quarterly maintenance schedule must be followed. Emergency repairs will be made on an as needed basis. Emergency repairs require a 24 hour response and work completion within 30 hours. This procurement is being considered for a non-competitive contract with World Odyssey, Inc. The projection equipment/system was designed and manufactured by World Odyssey, Inc. who holds patents on the equipment. They are the only source for replacement parts.
