The Department of Veterans Affiars, Louisville, KY has a requirement for contractor to provide all necessary supplies, materials, equipment, and labor to perform transcription of medical documents, primarily RADIOLOGY TERMINOLOGY. Services are to be provided at contractor's facility with contractor's furnished equipment, via six (6) dedicated access lines. Reports will be transcribed into the Government DHCP/VISTA system within four (4) hours. The period of services will be October 1, l998 through September 30, l999 with one (l) one year option to renew. Solicitations will be available on or about September 10, l998 with proposals due September 25, l998 at COB. Only written requests for solicitation will be accepted.
