Montana Dakota is the natural gas supplier for Ellsworth AFB and provides all maintenance on existing lines. Non Personal Service: Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transporation, sizing, engineering, drafting, and coordination to install new natural gas meters where needed.
