A base year with one (1) option period is contemplated. Work shall include, but not be limited to, construction of low water crossing points utilizing a pre-constructed cable concrete mat as the surface to be traveled on. Contractor shall be required to install cable concrete mats at various stream crossings. Work shall include, clearing, grubbing, excavation, grading, installation of cable concrete mat with graveled entrance and exit areas from the mat, seeding, mulching, and installation of erosion control measures as required to provide a complete crossing point. All work will be requested by individual delivery orders. Period of performance will be cited on individual delivery orders. The magnitude of this project is estimated between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. This acquisition is subject to the Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988; therefore, will be solicited on an UNRESTRICTED basis. Subsequent award will be made pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. An evaluation preference for Small Disadvantaged Business Concerns will be contained in this solicitation. SIC 1611, $17.0 Million.
