Contractor will furnish all plant, labor, material and equipment to maintain project FBNV 980149, Maintain Floors (CRU) EMS Facilities, at Davis-Monthan AFB. The project includes approximately 100% general. The work is described as follows; Prepare floors and install chemical resistant urethane or electrostatic epoxy floor covering, as directed per specifications, at various EMS facilities. The construction performance period is 50 calendar days. Water and electricity will be furnished by the Government. Work is in a controlled area. The solicitations will be out on 8 Sept 98 and the quotes will be back no later than 22 Sept 98. A one-time ONLY site visit is tentatively scheduled on 14 Sept 98.
