This procurement is for an ANSI/ASME Class 1500 full-port ball valve with integral motorized actuator and open/close limit switches. The valve shall have Grayloc (GR52)-style end connections for installation in a six-inch schedule 120 pipeline. The valve body shall be constructed of carbon steel (preferably a forging) with carbon steel bonnet, stainless steel ball and stem (anti-blowout), and soft ball set material designed for tight shutoff and long-term durability. The actuator design shall be electric with manual override. The electric motor shall be configured for 3-phase, 460 volt AC operation. Delivery will be to Arnold Air Force Base Tennessee within 120 days after written receipt of award. Quantity -- Two (2) each.
