This work will demonstrate the usefulness of imagery to support ecosystem wide applications. The resultant work shall be incorporated into a "User Catalogue" for use by military land managers. The proposed procurement will be on a sole-source basis. The Contracts Office intends to negotiate a firm fixed-price purchase order with Clark Atlanta University.
