The IRS is soliciting proposals for services to conduct investigations of alleged IRS employee administrative violations. The scope of these services would include investigation of administrative violations and preparation of written reports of findings, IAW the standards set forth by the President's Council on Integrity & Efficiency. The investigations will be conducted nationwide, including U.S. territories. Proposals from offerors who cannot meet the nationwide scope requirement will not be eligible for award. Contractors who are solely interested in subcontractor opportunities should not respond to the RFP. The solicition is for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Type contract for a period of three months, for a quantity NTE 4,000 investigative hours.
