facility, requires a FTIR spectrometer system capable of providing
continuous background measurements so that the net emission from a
source can be calculated. The instrument must be compatible with
existing FTIR spectrometer system (Midac #M2501) and software package
(Midac Grams 32). The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source
basis with Midac Corporation for the FTIR spectrometer system. Any
firm that feels it can provide equipment which meets the Government's
minimum specifications must provide sufficient documentation within 15
