for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR
subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in

is a request for quotation (RFQ) number DTCG80-99-Q-3FC700. This
solicitation document will incorporate provisions and clauses that are
in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-05. The standard
industrial classification code is 3731 and the size standard is 1000
employees. The requirement is for the following: Contractor to provide
all labor, materials, equipment, services, and competence to complete
the following for USCGC NUNIVAK (WPB-1306): 1. Renew Watertight Hatch
and Scuttle Assemblies 2. Overhaul A/C Salt Water Pump Assemblies 3.
Overhaul Bilge Pump Assemblies 4. Overhaul Fire Pump Assemblies and 5.
Hydroblast Sewage and Grey Water Piping. Performance period is January
4-25, 1999. Place of Performance is USCG ISC Miami, FL. Specifications
to be provided on request. The government will award a contract
resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer
conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the
government, price and other factors considered. The following factors
