This action will be processed using simplified acquisition procedures. The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) is an educational entity use of academic discounts/pricing is encouraged. DoDEA is seeking to procure professional layout and production of the "DoDEA Curriculum Standards". The pamphlet will be distributed to parents and DoDEA schools, worldwide. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supplies and equipment necesary to provide the layout of the DoDEA Curriculum Standards. The unformatted (MS Word) document is approximately 125 pages in length is to be provided electronically. Document size: 8 1/2" x 11"; Colors: Black and White (no colors); Binding: Saddle Stitched; Quantity: 60,000 each; Front and back cover: card (80 lb or other suitable stock). Contractor shall will provide a draft layout, make necessary revisions, reproduce and bind documents, and deliver the finished documents to the DoDEA Headquaters in Arlington, VA. DELIVERY SHALL TAKE PLACE ON OR BEFORE 28 SEPTEMBER 1998. The Government will award a purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation represents the least total cost to the Government. Price will be the only factor considered.
