(2) That portion which reads "Contractor should respond to all QAE inquiries during normal duty hours within 30 minutes of notification." is revised to read "Call the QAE within 30 minutes of notification. It is not necessary to physically show up to be considered responsive." (3) All references to Speed Queen Models are deleted. The salient characteristics are sufficient to describe the agency's need.
