The Guaranteed minimum quantity of work which will be required under this contract, will not be less than $400,000 for the initial contract period and for each option year exercised. The work for the Base year and each option year exercised will be initiated by a series of delivery orders.. The maximum contract value for the initial and all options exercised will be $29,000,000 with no maximum dollar value specified for individual contract periods. This contract is to be used for small to medium range construction projects (repair and maintenance) of installation property such as mechanical work, concrete work, interior/exterior building repair, etc. This acquisition is issued as a Set aside for Small Business. It is the intent of the Government to afford interested parties the opportunity to present verbal proposals as a means of establishing the competitive range, with only those in the competitive range submitting formal written pricing proposals.
