Furnish all labor, materials and equipment to complete repair/rehab work at the North Beach Comfort Station located at Point Reyes National Seashore in Marin County, CA. Work of this project will include the removing and disposing of existing plumbing, fixtures, electrical, interior flooring, toilet partitions, framing, siding, structural wood beams, and selectively removing approximately 200 SF of 3x6 tongue and groove decking; constructing new partition and exterior walls, installing new plumbing and electrical systems and fixtures, constructing new structural wood framing, installing new toilet partitions, installing replacement decking, installing plywood underlayment and epoxy flooring; and all other incidential work for a complete rehabilitation in accordance with provided specifications and drawings. The estimated price range for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000 with completion required within 60 days after Notice to Proceed.
