The systems must provide on-line price and volume information for U.S. and international stock, options futures markets, as well as news wires. The service must offer (1) real-time access to all major domestic and international stock and future exchange worldwide, (2) comprehensive financial news coverage of all major international and domestic corporations, (3) multi-window data access, (4) real-time data exchange and manipulation, (5) access to U.S. and international Government Bond and Eurobond quotes and news, and (6) graphics, and mouse command features. The period of performance will be one year, October 1, 1998 through September 30, 1999.
