The Subcontractor will be responsible for delivery of the items F.O.B. Origin to RASS facility at 2300 Horizon Dr.,FT. Worth, Texas 76177-5300. RASS reserves the right to contract with more than one offeror for all or part of this solicitation as determined to be in the best interest of the Government .
