Work will involve but not be limited to complete renovation of kitchens, bathrooms and bedrooms, asbestos and lead paint abatement; air conditioning; electrical upgrades including meter boxes, plumbing upgrades; flooring; repair termite damages and interior painting. Estimated cost is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The performance period is 540 calendar days. THE SIC CODE FOR THIS PROCUREMENT IS 1521 AND THE ANNUAL SIZE STANDARD IS $17.0 MILLION. This procurement is a SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. This is a source selection procurement requiring both technical and price proposals. Contract award will be made to the offeror proposing the best value to the Government from a technical and price standpoint. Price is considered equal to the technical evaluation factors. Technical evaluation factors are as follows: (1) Past performance, and (2) Qualifications and Experience of key personnel. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be available on or about 18 September 1998 at a non-refundable charge of $42.39.
