Amendment No. A001 is issued to the above combined synopsis/solicitation for purchase of three (3) Lantech Model Q300. This amendment is issued in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only amendment of the above solicitation, quotes are being requested, and a written amendment will not be issued. This amendment is issued to add additional requirements for the Lantech Q300. Add the following items to the specifications: (6) Equipment should wrap a load 8' long x 4' wide x 8' high (107 diag.); (7) Have a 96" turntable (109 " maximum load diagonal); (8) Auto film cut off, E-Z film clamp; (9) Additional height capacity up to 110" and (10) two ramps. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment before the hour and date specified in the RFQ. Failure of this acknowledgement may result in rejection of your quote. If as a result of this amendment you desire to change a quote already submitted, such a change may be made by letter. The letter must refer to the RFQ No. EMV-1998-RQ-0066 and this amendment received before the due date specified. The synopsis solicitation EMV-1998-RQ-0066 is amended as indicated above. Except as provided herein, all other terms and conditions of EMV-1998-RQ-0057 remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
