The Government intends to procure these services under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 and under an approved Justification and Approval. No solicitation will be issued. Firms that recognize and can provide the required services are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit information which may be considered by the Government in determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
