A propestive contract's support shall consists of the following: Four (4) hour response time of telephone support, e-mail support, web access, fax on demand service, knowledge base, software updates for Remedy Corp., and availability of support during normal business hours. Period of Performance will be during Fiscal Year 99 (1 Oct 98 throught 30 Sep 99). Approved sources are Federal Data Corp, Bethesda, MD., and Remedy Corp., Mountain View, CA.
