Box 98, Ojo Sarco, NM 87550. This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. The purpose of this procurement is to develop and map a comprehensive inventory of health care resources in frontier areas of the United States. The contractor shall identify and prepare maps of existing frontier areas in the United States; develop and map three sub-sets of the frontier areas; identify and map existing health care resources in each of the three areas; analyze the data and prepare a draft and final report. The Frontier Education Center, Inc. is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services. The period of performance is twelve months.
