Pitts, Contracting Officer at 301-504-1699 USDA, ARS, AFM, PPD, Contracts Branch intends to issue a delivery order against an existing Basic Ordering Agreement with the Library of Congress for a FEDLINK subscription with Dialog Corp. The delivery order will be awarded with two line items. The first line item will be for Dialog Services for Fiscal Year 1999. The second line item will be for Dialog Alert Services for the first three months of Fiscal Year 1999. The services required include the ability to perform stored searches on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly basis, or at other regular intervals against specific databases in the areas of agriculture, biological sciences, and health. The specific database must include: AGRICOLA, Aquatic Sciences and Fisheries Abstracts, Government Reports Announcements, Life Sciences Collection, Water Resources Abstracts, World Textiles, and Zoological Record. In addition, there must be the ability to search major domestic daily newspapers from least half of the 50 states and access to databases containing legaland Congressional material.
