U -- TRAINING SERVICES FOR FIXED WING PROGRAMS The Naval Air Warfare Centerm Aircraft Division plans to issue a modification to the existing contract N00421-94-D-0138 to extend the period of performance from 30 April 1999 to 31 October 1999. This extension is necessary to continue land based and carrier based aircrew and maintenance technical training efforts without break of service to the government. The government's minimum need for the continuation of effort can only be accomplished reasonably and without impairing continued support through the award of this modification. This modification will not change the Statement of Work, labor categories, place of performance, deliverables or cost and labor hour ceilings. These efforts will be continuous and within the scope of the current contract. This modification will provide continued service until the follow on contract can be awarded.
