DESCRIPTION: Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, parts, tools, transportation and management to perform all necessary operations in conjunction with the project entitled "Install Water Main and Construct DRMO Warehouses #7824 and #7825," at Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ, in strict accordance with the project specifications and drawings. PERFORMANCE: EACH Warehouse will have a performance time of 180 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The Water Main will have a 60 clendar day performance from issuance of Notice to Proceed. All three (3) items shall run concurently. MAGNITUDE: $500,000 -- $1,000,000 EACH ENTITY HAS A STATUATORY COST LIMITATION OF $500,000 SOLICITATION NUMBER: F02601-98-R0016 Anticipated issue date is 14 September 1998. There will be a prebid site visit, all potential offerors are highly encouraged to attend. The date and time will be disclosed with the bid package. The anticipated bid opening date iwill be on or about 15 October 1998. This aquisition is unrestricted and open to all businesses reguardless of size.
