a composting toilet in a remote location at the Bear Meadow Viewpoint
located at the Mount St. Helens National Volcanic Monument (NVM. Bear
Meadow is a remote site with no water about 2 hours north of
Vancouver, WA in the Gifford Pinchot National Forest. The toilet is to
be a two unit with two toilet rooms. Either a Clivus Multrum and/or
Phoenix units are acceptable. This is a 100% small business set-aside.
The estimated start work date is Oct 9, 1998. The estimated price
range is between $50,000.00 and $80,000. In accordance with FAR
5.102(a)(1) Availability of Solicitation, a limited number of
solicitation packages (25) will be made available on a first come --
