This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). Project is the purchase of one (1) portable Satellite Terminal, manufactured by Motorola, model LSSC-700D (with latest revision/replacement for the data controller). Delivery is to be as soon as feasible, to Lackland AFB TX. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-06. Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 3663. Note that the provisions at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions toOfferers -- Commercial Terms, applies to this acquisition.
