This work will demonstrate the usefulness of imagery to support ecosystem wide applications. The resultant work shall be incorporated into a "User Catalogue" for use by military land managers. The period of service will end no later than 30 June 1999. The proposed procurement is 100% set aside for Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and Minority Institutions (MIs).
