The basis for the Sole Source requirement is Mr. Rodgers holds the unique and critical capabilities required to perform all tasks. The tasks include expert knowledge for the operation and maintenance of the SCINTREX CG-3M gravimeter and the LaCoste-Romberg G-Meter gravimeter; ability to gather and reduce meaningful high quality gravity data on the existing microgravity network which monitor the geothermal reservoirs beneath the Coso Geothermal Development within the Naval Air Weapons Station's (NAWS) North Ranges; provide data acquisition and reduction on the existing mocrogravity network monitoring beneath Naval Air Station, Fallon, Nevada; provide data acquistion and reduction on the Geothermal Crustal Motion Study Network located within and around the North Ranges of NAWS; and provide data acquistion and reduction for ongoing gravity exploration programs undertaken by the Geothermal Program Officr at remote geothermal sites on both the NAWS North and South Test Ranges.
