The USAFE Contracting Squadron intends to solicit proposals for a follow-on contract for Base Maintenance Services for Rhein Main A.B., Germany. Functional areas include Program Management, Civil Engineering, Vehicle Management & Maintenance, Traffic Management, and Aerospace Ground Equipment & Transient Alert(AGE/TA). Excluding Civil Engineering Appendix J, Mission Capability will be presented by Oral Proposal located at Rhein Main A.B., Germany. The period of performance for the Rhein Main Base Maintenance Contract is for a three month phase-in period and one basic year starting 1 Oct 99 with four option years. A Fixed Price Incentive-Firm Target type contract is anticipated. This procurement requires U.S. Security clearance for key positions.
