This is a modification to the synopsis entitled TEST, EVALUATION AND MAINTENANCE (TEAM) SERVICES CONTRACT FOR NASA WHITE SANDS TEST FACILITY which was posted on May 11, 1998. You are notified that the following changes are made: 1)Amendment 1 to the "Draft Solicitation" has been issued. Amendment 1 provides questions received from prospective offerors with official Government answers to the general questions. Questions pertaining to Government Furnished Property will be answered in a separate Amendment. 2)The date for releasing the "Final RFP" has been changed from August 26, 1998 to on or about September 9, 1998. The due date for receipt of proposals for the "Final RFP" is not extended and shall remain October 26, 1998, as discussed in the preproposal conference. Documents related to this procurement are available over the Internet and are in Microsoft Office Suite (Word 6.0, Excel 5.0, or PowerPoint 4.0) format and will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
