Diane Williams, Contracting Officer, 202/663-4227 Furnish all necessary services, personnel, supplies and materials to operate the parking management services for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) garage located at 1801 L Street, N.W., Washington, D.C. The EEOC desires to contract with an experienced parking garage operator/contractor for the operation, maintenance and servicing of the parking operation with approximately 139 self-park vehicle spaces on the three (3) levels of underground parking spaces. Operation includes but not necessarily limited to opening and closing the garage, issuance of monthly parking permits, collection and accounting of parking fees. The contractor should have the ability to obtain license to operate the garage in the District of Columbia. Duration of contract from date of award through September 30, 1999, with options to extend annually up to a total of 60 months. Telephone request for this solicitation will not be honored. RFP availability is limited and will be furnished on a first received, first served basis until the supply is exhausted.
