The National Park Service intends to issue four concession permits (GRTE037, GRTE044, GRTE046, and GRTE049) to provide guided horseback rides in Grand Teton National Park. The term of each permit will be four years. The current concessioners who hold permits GRTE037, GRTE044 and GRTE046 have performed their obligations under the existing permits to the satisfaction of the Secretary of the Interior. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 5 of the Concessions Policy Act of October 9, 1965 (16 USC 20d), these concessioners are entitled to a right of preference in the award of a new permit provided each concessioner submits a responsive offer (an offer received within the prospectus response period which meets the terms and conditions of the prospectus). Concession Permit GRTE049 is not subject to a right of preference under this action. Any offer, including that of the existing concessioners, must be received by the Superintendent, Grand Teton National Park, no later than sixty (60) days after the date of publication of this notice in order to be evaluated and considered for an award of a concession permit to provide guided horseback rides.
