The Department of Justice, Justice Management Division, intends to negotiate a sole source task order with Vistronix, Inc. against their current GSA contract (GS-35F-4607G) to continue to provide support to the Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS) Office with COPS Counts, Status of Grants and Progress Reports and Department Annual Reports. The term of the task order will be September 30, 1998, through September 29, 1999 with the option to extend for one additional year. This award will be made utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. No solicitation is available.
