The Corporation for National Service seeks a contractor to assist in refining and implementing changes to existing marketing and media campaigns designed to strengthen public awareness of the Corporation's primary programs AmeriCorps, National Senior Service Corps, and Learn and Serve America and new initiatives. The Corporation's objective is for these campaigns to reinforce each other, support volunteer and member recruitment efforts, and increase public awareness of national service. It is estimated that the period of performance for any contract resulting from this announcement will be five years from date of contract award, one base year with four (4) 1-year priced options. It is critical that the selected contractor have the requisite experience, personnel, national reach, and knowledge required to meet the objectives of the Corporation.
