Federal Implementation Conventions for ASC X12 4010 transaction sets 810V Invoice (Public Voucher) and 820 Payment Order/Remittance Advice, and ASC X12 3050 812M Credit/Debit Adjustment (Medical) Revision 2 are available for public comment.
