Sources Sought to Provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform the maintenance of approximately 2,076 Military Family Housing units, a mobile home park containing 172 spaces. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services, necessary to perform maintenance of Military Family Housing equipment, facilities, mobiles home spaces, and appliances as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The main functions include: Maintenance Management, Service Calls, Change of Occupancy Maintenance (COM), Recurring Equipment Maintenance/Appliance Movement, Cleaning, Contingency Maintenance, Pest Control Service, Locksmith Service for Housing and Asbestos/Lead Based Paint Abatement. The contract will be awarded for 6 month base year beginning 1 Apr 99 and four (1) year options, located at Vandenberg AFB, CA. This competition is 100% set-aside for small business under SIC Code 8744, size standard $20 Million. Potential offerors may choose to participate in One-on-one discussions with the Air force. Discussions to be held 9-11 Sep 98, dates and times will be arranged with each requesting firm. Potential offerors may also submit written questions or suggestions either by e-mail or FAX, which will be evaluated for incorporation into the final RFP.
