Konon, Contracting Officer Phone (860) 694-3612 or Fax (860) 694-2840 The Naval Submarine Support Facility New London requires to enter into a twelve month lease commencing 01 October 1998 for one 35 ton rough terrain mobile crane with a minimum 100' boom length for the Naval Submarine Base in Groton, Connecticut. Critical, emergency & preventative maintenance must be included in the lease contract. Both crane hooks shall be equipped with swage-end fittings. Navy Facilities Engineering Command Publication P-307 requires both pre-acceptance and post-repair load tests to be conducted by Navy personnel. Request for the solicitation shall not be accepted after the date in block 10. Navy use of simplified acquisition procedures for this procurement eliminates the requirement for a formal solicitation mailing list. All responsible small business sources may submit a quotation in repsone to the solicitation which shall be considered by the agency. No telephone requests for the solicitation.
